Having gone to work with my dad during the six weeks holidays, this helped me understand the trade from the early age of 14. I left school on the Friday and started a four year apprenticeship on the monday - I have been in the trade ever since and have watched it change drastically over the years
I set up Chameleon in 2006, having noticed a gap in the market. Most printers are only interested in ink on paper and when it comes to the complicated finishing or sourcing something special, they normally decline the job. This is where we made a our mark, doing the unusual and the complicated. I enjoy the challenging jobs, the jobs which are different and going that extra mile to achieve the impossible.

TRACEY ROSE
SALES DIRECTOR

I joined Chameleon with over 28 years experience in the Printing & Packaging Industry where I specialised in Digital Printing up to Gravure Printing and Project Management & Sales.Day to Day, I focus on managing and overseeing all aspects of Sales from receiving print files, press passing and seeing the job through to packaging and delivery. What I like most about Chameleon is that every day is entirely different and I enjoy working on a range of different projects from Promotional Clothing, Bespoke Packaging to Branding and Signage. LUCIE TIPPING
DESIGN & MARKETING MANAGER

I joined the print trade and Chameleon in January 2013 after spending two years as a Marketing Assistant in the IT industry and training on Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. I am now the Design & Marketing Manager where I look after all of our Marketing for Chameleon, including our website, printed material and social media. I also created our Sublimated Elite Uniform range for Schools and Teams and I design all of these too. My day-to-day role is very varied and includes creating new products to designing Elite Dance Uniform, looking after our E-commerce stores, Designing Logos, Printed Material, Packaging and websites. I’ve always wanted a job that I would enjoy getting up for, and at Chameleon I do. GARMENT PRINTING PRODUCTION MANAGER

I developed a passion for the print industry during my screen print apprenticeship in 2014. Now, two children and a cat later, I've joined the Chameleon team and it's the most fun I've had while working!

My average day at Chameleon consists of printing on a variety of different products for an assortment of clients. From bags and boxes to shirts and shorts, each day there's something new and interesting to do in our print room. I always strive for perfection in each product I press as there really is nothing like a job well done!

OFFICE ASSISTANT

I joined Chameleon in November 2019 after having worked in a range of different industries with varied job roles that include: Sales, Printing, Customer Service and Office Administration. I like to be the busy body in the office helping everyone wit… — I joined Chameleon in November 2019 after having worked in a range of different industries with varied job roles that include: Sales, Printing, Customer Service and Office Administration. I like to be the busy body in the office helping everyone with different projects and ensuring orders are thoroughly checked before leaving the premises.
Day to day, I focus on Customer Service, Despatching, taking Deliveries and working on the larger projects with the rest of the team.

She owned a pet Tarantula.

FREDDIE
CUSTOMER SERVICE

The newest member of our team is Mike’s Grandson and Lucie’s first little boy, Freddie. He is the king of causing chaos in our office and you may even hear him in the background when you speak to a member of our team - it’s all part of the fun of running a family business! SECURITY & QUEEN OF SLEEPING

Phoebe is a Jug (Jack Russell x Pug) x Yorkshire Terrier and she joined the print trade at the tender age of 4 months back in 2014. She loves to Sleep & she lets everyone in the office know that she is having the best dreams! When she's not sleeping, she is looking out of the window and watching the other dogs and people on the park across the road. We have given her the job of Security, however she isn't very good at it! She prefers to greet all of our lovely customers with her famous howl and waggly tail and take over her favourite toy lion when they come through the door! She has a habit of sticking her head in handbags looking for biscuits and treats, she is a little mischievous and a bit of a diva! BEAR
TRAINEE SECURITY

Bear is our newest recruit at only 10 weeks old and he is a baby Rottweiler. He loves to sleep and wake up to then chase your ankles around the office. He is currently being supervised by Phoebe and is training to be our new security dog. He gets lots of cuddles from our Team!Bear loves to play at home with his two big Rottweiler Sisters!
